The next work, in your words

Help choose the next line the artist will write. Send a sentence that has stayed with you, or words you’d love to give someone. From the most-loved lines, the artist chooses one to make into a work — and credits you by name.

1. 01

   Send a line

Your own words, or a favorite line of poetry — just tell us the source.

2. 02

   Read by the artist

The artist reads every line before it appears here.

3. 03

   Gather voices

Add your voice to the lines that move you — once per line, per person.

4. 04

   Into a work

The artist makes the chosen line into a work, and the person who sent it is offered it first.
